Kiba is the great-nephew of Berthold Hawkeye,and is a state alchemist. He is the secondary rp character of Leogian4511.
As a man[]
He is a very strong Christian usually silently praying for his opponents. Or even letting them know that his flames will usher them into hell. He prefers to avoid killing bt can easily do so if the need arises. He became a state alchemist when he heard of the humunculi threat to Amestris and refused to let such demonic creatures walk the Earth.
As an alchemist[]
He utilizes flame alchemy.
Even among the elite State Alchemists, Colonel Hawkeye is a particularly skilled alchemist adequately versed in standard physical transmutation, experimental theory and biological alchemy. However, the brilliant skill that has earned him his state license is his remarkably powerful fire-based combat style. Hawkeye's unique style of combat alchemy is made possible by his custom made gloves. Made of "pyrotex/ignition cloth" and embroidered with unique flame alchemy, these gloves create a spark when Kiba rubs his fingers together and allow him to manipulate the concentration of oxygen in the air surrounding his target, raising its density to a level at which it becomes a volatile and flammable oxidizer, and creating narrow pathways of oxygen through which he can direct the ensuing flame that blossoms from the spark. The 'snap' sound is caused by the instantaneous speed at which the highly concentrated gases and sparks react together and pop (not his fingers actually 'snapping', to common belief.) His flames are so hot,he can use his alchemy on rainy days due to the fact that the water will just turn into steam. His flames are white making them far hotter than normal flames.
His name comes from his white fire and his strong religous beliefs.
